Photos and backup

The app uses Apple’s photo picker; a text-only record can still be saved if a photo cannot be processed. Before changing devices, use More → Export Backup and keep the file private. Restore through More → Restore Backup, then confirm replacement. Use More → Export CSV for spreadsheet-friendly service history; CSV is not a complete photo backup.

Archive, deletion, and App Lock

Archived clients can be restored from More → Archived Clients. Deleted clients remain in Recently Deleted until restored or permanently removed. App Lock is under More → Local Tools → App Lock and uses the Face ID or passcode set on the iPhone.

Restore Pro

Use More → Upgrade to Pro → Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. The app never asks for Apple Account passwords. Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refunds. Free records remain available if subscription products are unavailable.

Privacy and safety

Do not use the app to diagnose allergies or medical conditions. Record facts supplied by the client and follow the consent, licensing, and professional rules that apply to your services.
