For help, email [email protected] with the app version, iOS version, device model and steps to reproduce. Do not send customer photos, addresses, Apple Account credentials or payment details unless support asks for the minimum information needed.

Projects and offline work

Confirmed changes are saved on your device first. You can continue calculating, adding photos and generating reports without a connection.

iCloud sync

Optional iCloud sync requires FieldCalc Pro. If it needs attention, your local copy remains available. Confirm that the device is signed in to iCloud, then try Sync Now when a connection is available.

Measurements and exports

AR-assisted lengths are estimates only; re-measure manually before purchasing or building. PDF and ZIP exports may contain customer and job-site information, so save them only to locations you control.

Restore Pro

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchase using the Apple Account that purchased FieldCalc Pro. Apple handles billing and refunds.
