Help with your screenshot review queue.
For help, email [email protected] with the app version, iOS version, device model, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send screenshots, Apple Account credentials, verification codes, or payment details.
No screenshots appear
Open iOS Settings, find ScreenQueue, and review Photos access. If access is limited, only screenshots included in the selected Photos set can appear. ScreenQueue never adds ordinary photos or videos to its queue.
A screenshot cannot load
Some items may be stored only in iCloud or may have been changed on another device. ScreenQueue does not enable network downloads for thumbnails, so an unavailable item may be skipped without changing the original photo.
Canceling deletion
If you cancel the iOS system confirmation, ScreenQueue keeps the staged review decisions so you can inspect or change them. No deletion occurs through ScreenQueue without that system confirmation.
Recovering a deleted screenshot
Open Apple Photos, go to Albums, then Recently Deleted. Recovery timing and permanent removal are controlled by Apple Photos and your device settings.
Resetting local decisions
Open ScreenQueue settings and choose the reset action. This clears local review decisions only; it does not delete photos.
Restore ScreenQueue Lifetime Unlock
Open ScreenQueue settings and choose Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refunds; the app never asks for Apple Account passwords.
Privacy
Read the ScreenQueue Privacy Policy for details about Photos access, local processing, storage, and deletion.
