Privacy Policy

PurrNest keeps its core focus, Morning plan, and pet experience on your iPhone. Dylan Liu does not collect personal data, operate an account, use advertising or developer analytics, or run a developer server.

Local data

Focus sessions and history, pet name and growth, preferences, Morning plans and exceptions, and the minimum state needed by Lock Screen and Dynamic Island are stored locally or in the app’s private App Group container. PurrNest does not read Apple Clock alarms or collect sleep stages, snoring audio, wake-up scores, or alarm-use analytics.

Optional permissions and Apple services

Optional cat gaze processing uses the front camera only while PurrNest is active; frames are processed on device and never saved or uploaded. Automatic scenes use one approximate location while the app is open with Apple Weather; coordinates are not saved. Optional Apple Health access reads today’s step count only. StoreKit, notifications, Live Activities, and on iOS 26+ AlarmKit use Apple system services.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until deleted or the app is removed. Settings → Delete All Local Data cancels PurrNest system alarms and clears local sessions, Morning state, pet details, preferences, App Group state, and pending notifications. A non-consumable purchase remains restorable from Apple.

PurrNest is a general-audience productivity and wellness app, not directed to children, and does not knowingly collect personal data. Questions: [email protected].
