Morning alarms

Reliable PurrNest system alarms require iOS 26 or later. On iOS 17–25, you can edit and preview the plan, but PurrNest will not substitute an ordinary notification. If an alarm does not ring, confirm Morning is active, its date has a time, alarm access is allowed, and iOS 26+ is installed.

Restore Lifetime Premium

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases, or use the Premium screen in the Tactile Playroom. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Premium unlocks only after StoreKit verifies entitlement.

Optional features

For Live Activity, check notification and Live Activity permissions. Gaze interaction is off by default and needs camera access while PurrNest stays active on Focus. Automatic scenes require approximate location and Apple Weather; otherwise the app uses local time. Step growth requires user-approved read-only Health access.

Delete local data and contact

Settings → Delete All Local Data cancels PurrNest alarms and removes local sessions, plans, pet details, preferences, shared Live Activity state, and pending notifications. Email [email protected] with app version, iOS version, iPhone model, and reproduction steps; do not send credentials, health records, or images.
